Hmm I just read the opposite and couldn't find the info from the BE correspondant. I will try to find the post.

Well no when at the moment can say "this will be better then that." We will half to wait for more info and seeing the skill mods and such before we can go around saying "what is the best."

i know, and that is why i ask from what u heard so far, like ive seen sum1 quote ' master def will be a almost must hvae in the CU)

Today I dropped a clothing attachment into an Ubese armor shirt. The mods on it were Medical Foraging +11 and Weapon Experimentation +7. The Medical Foraging +11 shows up but the Weapon Experimentation +7 does not. Is this a bug or was it a 5 million credit lesson in something that I should have known before i bought it?

In order to get the WS exp to stick the shirt would have needed a +12 or high medical forage tape already in it.

what qualities should i look for in resources? for the components like fiberplast and metal fasteners and the rest... thanks

OQ of resources doesn't matter at all in tailored items, except for Armor Padding, I believe (I've never made Armor Padding).
If you read the FAQs and other info at the top of the postings, you will get answers to questions like this and to questions you didn't even know you had yet! It is a fantastic resource for answers, information, and valuable links....
