Do you get it n EACH of your characters? or just the eldest one? Or do you chose?

I belive u only get one per char thats over a year old, i'm not sure if this is correct but still =)
want some one killed ? Give me a tell

from what i understand it goes by account age, if u played SWG for over 6 months on your current account, every character gets the ship.

I would think that every character on the account gets the ship.

its not supposed to be attackable but i was attacked while driving it and they killed my shield and armor 
so i guess it was a bug.

Every character on an account that was active (As in you were paying money) for 6+ months will recieve this ship.

a question or two about that. Can you up-grade it with stuff, like beter engines, sensors, and if possible weapons? Also, can other people attack you? or canniether Pc/Npc attack you? Thanks

You cannot put weapons on it, and I'm pretty sure you can't upgrade it at all. The requirement is six consecutive months which means if you cancel your account and do not have 6 consecutive months of playing and paying, you don't qualify.
