What resources will be required to build the ships and in what amounts will we need them? Will you be introducing new resources to be mined fromnebulas and such?

I don't know of any lists yet as it's still pretty early on. We haven't necessarily even seen all of the new resources yet. The new JTL resources are harvested exactly like anything else: via an extractor on a planet.
