I know the imperials have Storm Squadron and Black Epsilon etc, i was wondering if the rebels have the equivilent. If so how do i join?

if im wrong please correct me
there crisom pheonix (think i spelled it right), havoc, and vortex. i think those are the 3 but im not complety sure

There are 3 rebel squads.
Crimson Phoenix Squadronin Mos Espa, Tatooine.
HavocSquadron in Tyrena, Corellia.
Vortex Squadron in Moenia, Naboo.

Just looking for some honest advise from Rebel pilots.
I'm changing to Rebel in-game, and would like to fly for them in space too. My question is, which Squadron would you advise? I can't seem to find any threads on the Rebel factions, so some info would be appreciated.

Helps if you tell us what you're looking for in a squad. Hard, easy, less travel, less bugs?
I've most enjoyed Vortex. I've partially finished and aided pilots in both others, and Vortex is still the most challenging. I liked the storyline too, although all pilot squads suffer from a lack of good endings, you just sort of get passed along.

I liked Crimson Phoenix. It was a bit annoying at first having to do the first tier in Mos Entha with all the crackdown troopers between the SP and the Cantina, but I didnt have any problem soloing up to 4444 as a new pilot with just the loot I was collecting. A lot of missions there can still succeed after failing parts, too, dont know if thats the same for all squads or just the CP 
The only mission that gave me trouble is the 4444 exit, and you just need to let the deci get away first, then follow it to Dath and kill it with some ordnance or help and avoid the escort part....the CP have the best NPC trainers too, good ol' fashioned mud-and-blood soldiers

Hmmm thats just it mate, I wasn't sure what I was looking for. I guess a squad similar to "Rogue Squadron" in terms of "feel" in the story/missions. Main thing I guess is easier missions, and better rewards.
I totally forgot where the Rebel pilot recruiter on Naboo is, anyone mind refreshing memory?
