OK, I read about having capitol ships in a bunch of posts, I also remember reading about PA Capitol ships, but here I am making a Petition that people could sign that like the idea. Also, I am not taking credit for being the origional idea maker-upper

PA Capitol Ships might include:
>anywhere from 6-22 turrets, I may be asking to much but... Ion Cannons-for disableing ENEMY PA fighters to tractor beam in so you could interrogate the prisoner. Turbolaser Batteries-for attacking ENEMY PACapitol ships with.NormalGunTurrets-for destroying other enemy ships, such as NPCs.
>a Hangar Bay-where you could hold anywhere from 4-18 friendly PA fighters that, when neccesary, passengers or the crew inside of the Capitol Ship could run into the Hangar Bay and jump into their ship to help defend it against Enemies attacking the Capitol Ship. (Note: You could visibly see each ship parked inside of the Hangar Bay along with their names and who it belongs to and its just simply a matter of going to the Starship console and launching the ship to... launch it.
>a large number of items that you could place inside of the Capitol ship for decoration
>a Crew Quarters- where there are beds with crew or PA members names on them. A Cantina/Galley- where Crew member could hangout and receive mind buffs or watch an entertainer. A Medical Facility- where crew member can receive Doctor buffs and be healed at. A Mall or Economic Area- where PA members can make shops with Vendors to sell their merchandise at. A TRAINING ROOM- wherepeople visiting the ship or Crew members could duel etc...***Anything that ground PA Cities have, but inside a ship in space.***
>before launching this vessel, The PA Guldmaster, or Three other selected, dependable, trustworthy PA members (Co-Captain, Firstmate, Secondmate, Etc...), whoever is captain of the ship, decides whether they are launching to be able to fight, in which case they will have a (Flag) broadcasting that they will fight enemy PA's. OR if they are just luanching so that anybody may dock with them to enjoy the PA's hospitality by shopping at the mall, enjoying the cantina, dueling in the training room, etc... So COMBAT, or ECONOMY.
>Shields-will be Extremely powerful, allowing around 20 shots before disabled. Armor-should be very sturdy so it may take about the same as the shields before becoming destroyed. I'm not very good at the balance of stuff like this so go ahead and post your thoughts, the devs can figure it out. Engines-can take a few punches before they are disabled but they could be repaired along with the shields, but they will go slower. Boosters-would be cool but itwill probably reducethe chances that a turret will hit an enemy because the people manning the turrets screens will start to shake or something. Droids and/or Computers- will help in the ways that they do with current fighters, maybe you could have droids wheeling around the ship making repairs that are neccesary. Missiles- like in fighters but the captain or co-Captain can choose the ships and those ship's components that they try to take out with. No countermeassures-but maybe a special turret, or allowing turrets to take the missiles out...
>these Capitol Ships will costa TON ofmoney and/or a TON of Faction points (depending on if it is a Neutral Captiol Ship, a Rebel Capitol Ship, or an Imperial Capitol Ship. So everybody must pitch in.

OR if in ECONOMY mode, anybody could come and dock into one of these Special Docking Ports and enter the Vessel to shop or relax at the cantina, Etc...

We could make it a faction perk, make it cost a lot or so and then have someone place it out and make it available to all friendlies to use... sure you'd have a line next to the pilots seat but this would ensure an always manned crew. This is an EXCELLENT Idea, butI would only want this if GUILD Ships arent Possible

Makeing the capital ships more than just a large attack ship. I believe however, Capital ships are such powerful weapons they should always be overt and allowthe other side to attack it at any time. So if some guild built a ship and was getting tons and tons of gas and chems they would always have a problem if they were attacked, and if their turrets were replaced with extractors they will be less able to fight. In which case they would have no choice but run. So this would cause the capital ships to be forced tobring afighter escort or other capital ships to escort her. This would bring back the feeling of large ships being able to muilt task or having to go in groups with other "support ships" and not be the do all all mighty ship that no one can touch./Salute

a place where you can take your fighter for a SW to fix and go back to battle ASAP while the rest of the squadron keeps fighting, you deploy it, enter and people can move to their battle stations (this way you need MP ships to move the crew inside the CS ) or set it to auto in which case it is just an NPC from your faction, BUT they areonly deployable in DS to avoid interfering with Missions (i can see people getting 'vette missions on those) <HKoWalsky> Another Great Idea but depending on the shipI think that they should cost both Faction points and Credits, and for Neutral Capitol Ships, just more money than the other ones...

Grand Admiral Thrawn was a genious in Strategy. He could turn impossible situations into easy wins. ***DEVS, read about his SCIMITAR CLASS ASSUALT BOMBER, this would be an AWESOME new fighter for the IMPERIAL NAVY***
