It's empty.
It's boring
No Maw
No Pitt
And while you're at it...
The Emperor's Blockade....
There is no one, nothing, even blocking me from getting to Kessel space...this isn't right.

Agreed. A good start would be to have a number of Imperial Corvette's in system for long periods, a la Rebel Corvette's inDeep space. Maybe even an ISD

i would actuly like to do the kessle run, as a smuggler i would think its kinda important as Hanbragged about how fast he did it, that would lead me to beleave that it was a reguler smuggler run, or atleast semi-reguler

One of the toughest at least. Kessel produced many illegal goods, the most illicit being Glitterstim spice.

Kessel once did have a massive battle fighting, ur scanners was full of colour and u know that it's gonna hurt with all those rebels and imp ships out there, pluss seeing several rebel and imperial vetts to. The sight of it all was great (this was my 1st vist to kessel in a attempt to help a firend with others in the final vett part of his pilot prof.....
.... now kessel is a void, u spend hours looking for anything to shoot at, and half the time, when u do find a ship, its on ur side...!!!
What happen here, bring that massive dogfight back, plz.

Hmm, as long as we're dreaming, here's an idea...
Add Kessle as a planet. Make it so you can only travel to it via space (ala Kashyyk) and possibly have fighters you have to go thru to get there. On kessle, you could possibly have either lots of PvP or lots of PvE spawns of either rebel troops or storm troopers, and missions for smugglers that involve picking up spice, then sending said smuggler back up into space to deliver the spice (that's right, you'd be smuggling...) and have various fighters try to intercept you.
It'd be adding a planet that we have a space sector for, it'd be high-end content, and it'd be very Star-warsy.
The only problem wih the senario is the people that are ground smugglers who either don't have JTL or don't like space, or JTL people who aren't smugglers (but for us pilots they're be a ton of stuff to shoot down anyway....)

Smugglers were told that we were a "Space" oriented profession anyway.

Kessel is probably the best place to travel in a POB ship for a luxury cruise. Actually no it would be boring cause there's only the Space Background.
Kessel needs more action, seriously.

Also change the image of Kessel's planet. Last I read it wasn't that large nor a "normal" looking planet.

Err...what good are they in the background exactly? Isn't part of the danger of flying through Kessel supposed to be nearly getting sucked into said black holes? Next thing you know *laughing* you'll tell me that the non-damage dealing space rocks that are usually found near the diamond asteroids, should be classified as the Pitt as well...

well must be by server cause bria always stuff shoot but ya where is the kessel spice minds, and how bout that hidden planet from epII we ashould be able
go there and buy npc pets non-factional that are illegal clones of our self.

At last, a kindred spirit.
Kessel looks like Coruscant. This has ticked me off since beta. Kessel is a medium-sized potato-shaped asteroid that constantly loses atmosphere. It has one potato-shaped asteroid moon of a smaller disposition, which is used a a general hangar of sorts.
It is not round. It does not have concentric circle areas of lights like Coruscant. It looks nothing like Coruscant.
For the love of (insert deity of choice), Kessel is totally wrong.
