I want it sooooo bad!!!!
I spent all yesterday or two days ago out there from 5pm to 4am
Yesterday I spent from 1pm to 5am looking for it.
I even was at a spawn point the whole time isn't that just sad. I did this to prove a point that it isn't dropping any more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't even really care for the helmet I am just trading it to someone for a KSE Firespray

i saw the Helmet serveral Times on a Guildmates Head.
The BS Helmet is so damn Ugly...... if i ever loot one Bomb, you can sure buy it from me.

Cool, wish you luck that you loot one within the next few hours 
But seriously, when they put it in JTL i tried for more then 2 weeks straight (whilst on vacation, so thats like at least 12 to 16 gaming hours per day) and didn´t get a single one. I actually don´t really care for it as Clothing for me to wear, but i would cetainly love to have it for decoration in the sunfall museum
