And the fact is the couple others I saw that looked similar were also filled with people saying doubtful, unlikely, etc. Just hoping if there's enough posting about this subject a CSR might deign to inform us.

I pre-ordered online at Gamestop 3 days ago and was told the only disks were at stores if any were left. So I went directly to a store after pre-ordering and showed them my receipt and asked if they had the beta disks for JTL. The manager told me they usually don't give them away unless we order in store but gave em' to me anyway. So even though you are being told there aren't anymore, I would go and check for myself. I wasn't about to get jiffed out of my speeder.

Spot on man, you may of noticed I have hammed this topic to hell today with nasty comments to try and get some reaction from the CSRs but with no avail.
CSRS - ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS MAKE AN OFFICAL STICKY ON THIS!
Wonder if they can see that from the mountin of my cash I pay them to screw me over daily.....

I would cancel the online order, go out to eb tomorrow morning before work, try to get a disk.. but eh frick it. I'm going to be spending so much time in space when this comes that I won't notice what I'm driving on the ground anyway, not worth my time driving out to the mall before I can actually get my game.
Only reason I cared was I was hoping it will be faster than a swoop and so save me worrying about getting an av21 at some point, but if most people are driving these the desire for the av probably will go down too.

just call the stores near you and ask if they have any beta disks left
i got lucky and got the 2nd to last one at eb yesterday

Just got mine today... funny thing is, the store opened AFTER the official Oct. 15th "Were no long shipping these, so your screwed

UK stores dont have the pre order offer. anyone wanan swing by england in the veteran ship and take me over to the US so I can pre order it ? hahaha

You guys are forgetting one important thing... You need both the Beta Disk and a special version of Jump To Lightspeed that will enable the flash speeder.

i got my disk a couple days ago instore, from what the inside of the cd case says i need to register for beta with the key on the back to recieve the speeder but im only 17 and it wont let me... whats goin on with that?
