Im getting Scared.
All i want to know is..... Is Space big enough? just tell me you dont hit theedge of the mapto often and ill be fine.

Should be....on Beta, I hardly see anyone fly around in the sectors I'm in.

LOL. Space is plenty big. Trust me. This is not even an issue. Don't worry about it.

Keep in mind the people who made those posts about space being too small have never even been in space before and are just wildly speculating.

All space zones are exactly the same size as ground zones, the vertical axis also comes into play.
Yes, I actually took some time in Beta to find the limits. 8)
Update: Zaket was right, I was way off. Last thing I did today was to recheck my numbers. Space is 4096 cubic km (16 km on a side) I had a 0,0,0 wp and kept referencing it for distances by mistake. That's what I get for turning my brain into mush w/too much Beta time.

many people are saying it's small, but i agree with everyone here, it's plenty big enough. I've yet to find an edge, and ive done some serious flying. But since i never looked for an edge i never found one, and thats a good thing.

i say its to small, and the reason it seems big is because the ships are slow enough to accomodate it, which simply gives the illusion of it being big, its not. in RL a fighter could fly the distance in 2min or less, in space ide expect seconds. sure its a game but i wanna go fast man lol

Distance and speed are relative. If ships were any faster no one would be quick enough to play this game. Ships move plenty fast in battles. Trust me.
BTW, you can travel far, far, distances in space in a few seconds. Its called hyperspace.

I find that comment somewhat amussing, (not a flame) because in real there are no space fighters.
Don't take this as a flame, I just got a giggle out of it.
