Have any master pilots that retake the black sun duty missions, found the helmet... Or is there a greater chance that master pilots find them off tier 5 BS?

It drops in the same rate for everyone, regardless of your current piloting skills.

'course me being Imperial doesn't help. Did you guys notice they gave us a little Black Sun story/mission from the Dath space station? The slap in the face was that they were all Tier 3 and I've never heard of a helmet dropping off those...and it's non-repeatable. I sometimes wonder if the devs do this intentionally or if they're shortsighted.

It only drops from tier 4 and above...
There´s Black Sun Duty Missions for everyone. I.e. for Rebel Vortex (i think for all reb pilots but not sure) there´s i.e. a NPC in the Hotel in NYM´s Hideout wich will give you a Tier 4 BlackSun Misison.
For neutrals that NPC is located somewhere on Talus. Dont recall the exact location.

K, another question. Have any sullustans been able to wear it? i'd like to give up my quest now if it wont fit on my awkward head.

If you don't know, its probably better not to try and say at all.
Any Neutral can go see- RSF tier4 trainer in Theed Palace, or Corsec tier4 trainer at the MO in Dantooine.
Any Rebe can go seel- Arkon's Havoc tier4 trainer Hotel, Nym's Stronghold Lok

In Theed Palace but he's like way back deep into it. In the final hallway that you come to if you keep going deeper, first doorway on your right.

hmm and where is the Imperial NPC?
That's because there is no Imperial NPC mission giver for these duty missions. Very stupid of the devs not to include this, I feel that the RSF should give Imperials missions too since they are basically the police of Naboo which is under the command of the Empire.

I got a question what does the Black Sun Helmet do is it a collectors item in the game or actuly have some special effects.

It's something for you to have that not many others do(a "rare"), and it's ugly.

Yes, it is a collectors thing, and it looks really cool. The reason I want it is not because it's rare, but because of how it looks.
