Actually it has nothing to do with you being European as the majority of American customers don't have it either.
Releasing something before the actual date has a huge penalty attached to it if a company is caught. I hope they find out who did this because there are reasons for the rules that are set. I hope the company that released early (doubt its really SOE shipping it to customers early) gets penalized on shipping other products.

But we are STILL geting it 2 days after everyone in the US.So i was right
according to a friend of mine its been live for 10 days now

I'm so jealous. He just trained his first box in privateer.
Oh well...guess I have to wait till tomorow or the day after like everyone else.

Well, unless there is going to be another patch tomorrow or wednesday, we have all the files for JTL except what's on the CD. So unless I missed the mark, if you have the JTL CD and Reg Key you could have been technically been playing since patch 11 went live. This is just a guess of course.

They stated that certain things were turned "off" server side until release day.
Also if he's not a shipwright he's going to have a tough time doing much in his newbie scyck until people train shipwright.

It makes sense that the people that ordered it directly from SOE get it a day early.
Here is the way it would work (FYI, I was a manager at FuncoLand aka Gamestop a few years ago so I'm not talking out of my butt):
-SOE shipped to the retail store distibutors over the weekend.
-The distributors recieve them today, sort them via stores and ship them to the individual stores.
-The stores will receive them tommorow or Wednesday (depending how long it took the distributor to sort the games and get them out. Gotta remeber in cases like EB and Gamestop your talking thousands of stores so it may take more than a day to sort them al out.)
-Store sells them to the public on Wednesday. They can't sell it if they get it on Tuesday because not all of there stores may have the game yet and they are not allowed to do that.
The people that ordered directly from SOE skip all the steps and recieve the game the same time the Distributors get it. That's why you always, if you can, order directly from the game developer so you can get it before the Public Launch.
FYI, the law only applies to Retailers selling it to the public before the posted release date because everyone will go to that store to get it before everyone else. It doesn't apply to the Developer selling the game directly. One of those loop holes like the Midnight Sells at Best Buy.

Im hella pissed, i ordered from gamestop mabout a month ago, i never got my damn beta/speeder disk and i still have yet to get any response saying my order has been shipped, im about to rip them a new as$ hole if i dont get this game tomorrow.

It SHIPS tommorrow meaning that they will ship it to you tommorow and, if you chose overnight delivery, you will recieve it Wednesday.
