Hello all,

I'm just wondering if anybody knows whether or not the Pre-order incentive applies if I were to order through Amazon.co.uk, or is it just certain suppliers/an America thing? I've asked a CSR this through the online help and they pointed me to this forum and told me to ask here..... so that's what I'm doing. Does anyone have any onfo on this? Any help will be much appreciated, thanks.

I think that the only way, for someone who doesn't live in theUSA,to get the bonuses is to pre-order online from Gamestop or EB Games. But Gamestop doesn't sell more the internationaledition with bonuses and, I think,EB sends the bonus disc only inside the USA, but I'm not sure. Gamestopended selling the International edition with bonus last friday, I ordered JTL with bonus discon thursday, so I'm sure. You could check at EB and Gamestop, if they'll restart selling it.

A small update: also EB Games onlinedoesn't sell more JTL with bonuses. Now I don't know where you could find the bonus disc.

I agree, I've been playing this game for 7 months and I've checked out the recommended pre-order sites and its definatley US only.

I don't see why it has to be this way its enormously unfair!

Along similar lines popped into Game in Birmingham and enquired about the release date of Star Wars Galaxies JTL.

The assistant had no idea what that was, and went looking for their PC Incoming releases. Result *nothing*.

Fortunately the manager came along and sorted things out.

"Star Wars JTL was due out in September but it has been delayed and we don't know when it will be released".

This fills you with confidence doesn't it.....

yeah, I really love the Idea there's gonna bemaster shipwright's on my serverbefore I can even get my hands on the game to start novice.

I know I've already posted this under another thread but for those who are interested:

OK I've been asking the CSRs about this in the game - and basically what they are saying is if you get the disk and register it before JTL goes live then you get the speeder. That is their understanding anyway, only problem is you can't get hold of the bloody disc from anywhere before JTL goes live. I've pointed this out to them e.g. I pre-ordered through Amazon.co.uk and they aren't even going to ship it until 29/30th October so if what they're saying is right even though I've pre-ordered it doesn't count. After telling them this they then repeated it needs to be registered before JTL goes live and then told me to direct any further questions to this forum, hmm........ helpful.

Here'sa question does anybody outside of the US actually have a copy of the disc yet? I'm suspecting if you do it's been through Gamespot or EBGames.

Game stores in the UK are rubbish.

I went to GAME and asked them for the CD version of unreal tournament 2004 when the game was released and the spotty moron, with the greasy hair behind the counter told me there was no such thing and that i have to get it on DvD.

I then went to play.com and surprise surprise a cd version of UT2k4 cheaper than the DvD version from game as well.

I have my JTLS on pre-order from play.com and according to the site its released this friday 29/10

I dont get any bonus stuff with it but at least i'll be able to play the game next week instead of next year.

re-sellers such as game will probably hold the game back till mid november to get it built up for xmas.

I'm not sure where i read it either but i'm sure i have seen somewhere that says JTLS will launch worldwide on the same day

Amazon.co.uk lists the release date as 29th October, which is where i have my copy pre-ordered from. No bonuses for us though
