I'm wondering if anyone is doing what I am doing. Basically saving up credits for JtL launch so youi don't have to worry about ship proces.

So I'd like to ask 2 questions.

1- How many credits do you have now?

2- How many credits do you expect to have when JtL launches?

I think the real question is:

Do you think that JTL has a chance in Hades of saving SWG?

I have roughly 4 million now, and I expect to have the same when JTL launches.

That question is irrelevant in the context of the topic of my thread. Whether or not JtL saves the game or not isn't my concern right now. The chips will fall where they will. My guess is that JtL won't save the game, but the devs being free from having to put their time in developing it could. Meaning, they would have more devs and much more resources to put into the ground game. One thing I do know about beta is the fact that the development team is capable of putting out ALOT of fixes/changes in a very short amount of time. I'm curious about how that will impact the ground game. Well, I hope that answered *your* question. What about mine?

Currently have only 2 million, am hoping to have a bit more than that for when JTL launches.

Being a Tailor is a slow money maker But lets hope i can get a few Crafters Aprons and Weaponsmith / Droidengineer Tool Kits sold for 250k a pop. *crosses fingers*

...Wait a second, wrong game. That was back in SWG. What am I in this new game? Oh nothing special just a generic Elder Jedi.

Best way to make money as a tailor is mass producing components that other crafters need, like all those panels, and trim, etc...

I've got 4.8 million and plan on having about 4.5 million for jtls. I think if you have any lower than 1.3 million you are gunna be in troublee when jtls comes out. That is if you want a really good ship.

I think the amount of money you have for JTL will be irrelevant for the first few weeks / months.. The shipwrites will be too busy grinding to master and the Pilots will be too busy trying to learn new boxes so that they can get higher class ships.. So I wouldnt worry about the cash flow for now..

yeah, the highest end ships have literally about a million in resources for just the chassis..and then add all the components and stuff, it's going to be really expensive. make a toon on TC and see for yourself :/

Well, you could save yourself the trouble and join aguild that plans on being a major shipwriting company..

Doing purely faction missions hasn't netted me a lot, plus I was away for a long time, with my PA Hall slowly chewing down the creds.

But about 3 million.

when you can easily make over 1mil a day on dant, anybody can afford a good ship in a very short amount of time, there wont be too much long term saving needed
