you have to use the /claim command but if youve already done that and nothing HAHA YOU HAVNT BEEN PLAYING LONG ENOUGH

Try using the /GetVeteranRewardTime command to check how long the game thinks your account has been active (although results seem buggy at this point).

Just my thoughts, do with them what you will.

Also, if you cancelled your account for any reason for even a day, that can affect it.
