Not many people in my position get to be put into two situations that make this job easier.

The first situation was coming on board days before the Correspondent summit. So I was able to meet the correspondents without knowing any background on them. It is much easier to put words to a face then the other way around.

The next situation I am truly lucky for with a community this size is being able to get close to a community within the main community, meaning the JtL Beta testers. SWG is so huge and can be intimidating to the weak (/flex). But you guys helped make my transition into this position easier and I learned so much from you all. I look forward to seeing you all on the main boards =)

So with that being said thank you to all of you for helping me settle into my position here at SOE.

Tiggs, you have no idea how good it is to login to the beta forums and see the firts 500 threads have been started by someone on the "inside." I played RvS for a while, let me tell you. Ubi has the WORST community service/interaction I've ever seen in my life. They've had a patch in the works for nearly 8 months. Just came out today, had about 4 fixes. One was a new reticule. I'm sure some people here will probably disagree, but you guys have THE best community interaction I've encountered to date. You personally have done an awesome job of talking the community and letting us know whats going on. PLUS you have a good sense of humor =)

Good luck for the future. Although that doesn't really make sense, I mean, does anyone really want good luck for something that has already happened? That would be just silly.

Yeah, anyway, thanks for everything you have done for this game, in my opinion you have done a WHOLE lot. I hope we still get this great feedback when this hits live (or has in a few peoples cases).

I have never seen so much support for SWG in my time. I missed the original beta because I had a crappy dial-up connection. Glad I saw this one though.
