Yes I'm being sarcastic there. The Krayt starfighter is now just a small red box with floating wings! The turret is locked forward, and all guns fire from the exact same point. There are also no engine sounds from it either. Links below:

Get a pal to take some potshots at you and see if they get the "friendly fire" buzzing noise where your old chassis would be or if they have to hit the wings / box. If that's the case, you'll be really tricky to hit in combat!

Do you think it will have any effect on targeting by enemy ships? And I want to change the color and texture please!

UPDATE: Tiggs says they pushed a small patch, did if fix the Krayt?

LOL oh man...

I have a sneaky suspicion they messed up the audio too. Ingame Music while flying is like VERY LOUD, and i couldnt turn it down or off. Either that or just need to reboot.

Had my thoughts on this one as well... space fight music kept skipping and restarting, and experienced lots of lag this morning (while the man came to fix our furnace!) at a time when I know there wouldn't have been all that many people logged on.

Could just be my sound card, though.

that is hilarious. I've seen that box around, usually on streetlamps or wall joints, but never on a vehicle, ship, or toon. Wouldn't it be hilarious if someone logged on one day to find that as their toon
