but, what If it was something like...

An Elder Jedi could take a non-Elder Jedi as there paddy. Help them with BHs. Make a Tef system, If your paddy is overt or vise versa, and he/she gets attacked, there enemy becomes yours aswell.

Jedi Bountys are gone in the NGE.

I however support the system.... Elders taking on non elders, could get a range of buffs when near each other? +5 or +10 to all stats? something as small would make it worthwhile and add a sense of star wars!

Yeah, thats cool aswell.
Master gives his padawan an increase on stats when togather or something.

but um... No more Jedi BHs? How un Star Warsy is that?

What do BHs hunt now?

Actually, getting rid of Jedi bounties is very Star Wars-ie. Smuggler, Officer, or faction bounties would be very Star Wars-ie, on the other hand.
