Thread: Anyone have LucasArts address?
cyton,
Post the letter in its own thread inviting signatures. No other comments in that thread other than signatures. Maybe you can get a movement going.
Mark
Don't bother. I, along with several others, sent in letters/emails to LA when the CU hit, they don't care either. I didn't even receive a canned "Thank you for your feedback" response and no one else I know did either.
Its a waste of time because they have the "like it or leave it" attitude. We as customers don't mean a thing to SOE or LA. Have you ever spoken to a CSR in-game? How about the fine folks in customer service at SOE who will disconnect chat on you in the middle of you responding? The corporate mentallity of SOE and LA is in a sad state. As long as you are dumping the $15 a month, they don't give a $hit. Hell, there was a mass exodus after the CU and they still have the same attitude as before. If that many people cancelling subscriptions didn't change anything, nothing will.
To persuade younot to callCustomer Service, they don't provide atoll-free number and have ridiculous hours of operation.

i find using the BBB site more useful then SOE/LA contacting
just file a complaint with the BBB and watch how fast they respond (and the BBB complaint is on file for years, when they called me to ask if my one problem was sloved, and it was but i had to use the BBB to get it sloved i told them about the company so the more complaints the BBB gets about SOE and LA the more heat they will bring on them
and remember the BBB can fine/shut down these companies thank god for the Federal Goverment lol
