The second one gets my vote. I think it's more utilitarian, and I'm not really a fan of Master Enhancer, so I can give little personal support to the first one.
The only major con of the second one, in my humble opinion, is your Force Cost. If a lot of people (or mobs) start wailing on you, that Force Armor is gonna train your purple bar quickly. Other than that, it's a solid template...great for most duels, BH encounters, and group PvE.

People aren't concerned about templates now with all the "changes" that are supposedly coming in the new expansion. That and, no offense, but you're asking a question that gets asked every day, so many people have no desire to respond when the answers are contained in guides.
