So im sitting on the roof of my large naboo home, talking with someone..I see a dot aproach my home, and another dot shows up...I hover over..and see 1 is an R2 unit...So not thinking anything of it...I keep talking..All of a sudden, the droids in my lap on the roof..I asked my friend if it was hers, she said no,and I examined it...Never seen the name before..So i have my friend send this person a tell..and sure enough...BH bomb droid, and the bh was under cover...Guess he forgot to tell it to detonate or something...But my question is...Private home,Droid detection device at the door...How in the hell did the droid warp all the way to my roof?

And lets say it did detonate, and incap me..Would i get kicked out of my house if I was just sitting there when it went off?

Not sure how he got it there but if it did go off you would still be on the roof and TEF'd unable to go back into the house and sometimes BHs can shoot you from the ground if you are on the roof.

If your gonna ban me, next time at least let me do something worth banning!

It's a pathing exploit.

It used to be that mobs got 'stuck' on things. Harvesters, trees, small rocks. The developers looked at this, and thought, hey, that's not right. Rather than increase the number of "lookahead" steps and the amount of deviation allowed from a straight line, they revamped the AI movement system.

Now, the AI can teleport critters through harvesters, trees, small rocks... house walls... base walls... etc. The AI can cause creatures to go up and down the z-axis at will, too.

A droid, even a player controlled pet droid, uses the AI movement rules.

Thus, a BH can send a bomb droid at you if you're anywhere outdoors, even on balconies. I would consider it an exploit, but the way the developers think, it's probably 'working as intended.'

-I was eating food at my computer (thank god) and a BH used a mousebot bomb to kick me out of my house. He was 30m away from me and I had to wait for my /unstick to finsh beofre I could hit him with something other than saber throw. I got kicked out of my house and stuck.

Exploit/Bug who cares.

Those droid detection pieces of furniture do less than my broken datapad.

The easy fix to make sure the droid can't target you, is to name a backpack or your house, your name that way the droid will proceed to nearest item named <you>.

It will eject you out of the house it if manages to detonate, and you will be TEFed and forced to either/run or fight, so like I said, make sure you name items in your hosue after you, that way the droid will go to it instead of you.
