Honestly, I dont like the cyberparts in SWG. They look like cheap rusted metal pikes stuck to a arm.
Now, if SOE could give us some really nice looking cyberparts like you can see in some scenes for example on Terminator etc. I might consider it

i wear a rez arm.. its crap hinders accuracy.. and cant slip the robes on

Cyberarms look terrible 
I just can not bring myself to do it to my toon.

If I could wear a jacket over the arm, i would. for some reason, I cannot get my tailor made jacket to cover the bulkiness of the arm. I am asking around for Anakin's tailor, or maybe Luke's.. but their tailor(s) are more allusive than a premium pearl.

also if you get hit in the arm.. well.. Lets just say 1000 armor rating or so will not really help anything out.

Just keep in mind I believe there is a 10-15% accuracy penalty for the rez arm. Most cyber arms have such penalties which IMO makes them worthless.

vests can be worn with cyber arms, so can get the sockets from the vest, but no BE mods that are useful to jedi can be placed in them

i wear my rez arm, cause +250 extraforce really isnt going to make taht big a difference for me. once these joker devs fix regen ill ditch the arm for the robe again.

You can't wear robes with it, so if you wear your robes dont. I have my ls speed/acc suit that keeps me from wearing mine because I have a cloak.

The only arm that I could see ever being useful to a Jedi is the Rez arm.
