Ok im sure the answer is already in here somewhere but is force regen currently bugged ??

i was under the impression a while back that it was bugged but i didnt really notice or care because i was just channel a lot.

I recently decided to drop channel to pick up force run & speed (no channel = not good i know), but i am sure that a while back force regen was a hell of a lot faster than it seems to be now.

I dont seem to be regen'ing any faster than a new paddy. So for example the new paddy and myself are both empty on force, by the time he is full im at about 15% surely it should be faster than this ?????
