I've gotten it constantly.

Forget about it. CSR's will not investigate nor will they give you the money. I was told to basically kiss off when I inquired about it.

Heh I know that, (as if I would get through the hassle of even creating a ticket for 700cr) still I have never gotten that message in 2 years of playing.
