Thread: Some Questions about healer for the few Master Healers Out there

I know the healer is in pretty bad shape really not having much for SP expenditure but I had a few questions about the discipline for those who are familiar with it.
1. How much force does TotalHeal use?
2. Anyone heard if the cost will go down if they removed BF (as stated by jfreeman on entertainers forum) from the game?
3. Do you have access to both forceheal and total heal?
4. How are force management issues for you in PVE/PvP?
What is your overall impression of the discipline? Do you feel it has potential? Do you feel changes in teh future will make it more viable?
I appreciate any additional information that you may find helpful. I've been thinking about 2 different templates MPowers/4xx4LS/4xxxhealer/34x2enhancer or MPowers/Mhealer/4xx4Saber I have rigth now MasterPowers my saber branches and the first heal line but trying to decide where to go from here. Anyway your help is appreciated.

1. Total heal uses 5% of my force...and I'm full template. So if that tells you anything OO;;
2. I have no clue. Personally I hope they don't remove BF...but I don't see why the devs wouldn't do it.
3. Yeah force heal and total are seperate.
4. My force doesn't run out any faster than a powers or Enhancer. Defender is the only one that can conserve force easily cause they have practially no skills.
I love the disciple. It's something alot of people are not. Force sap and shock are awesome skills for pvp. The only problem with it that I've noticed is that crappy heal steal fix they did. ex. I'm about to die so I heal. -system message- You've healed bob for 1500. -system message- You have been incapped by a gurk.
It's so annoying that you can't heal yourself inless you take yourself off the target completely.

As a former Mhealer I will say under its current state its not worth the master box.......This proffesion has huge potential if some efficiency mods were placed throughout and in master box........As of right now Mhealer seems to be low on the priority list so improvements could be far off if ever as far as mastering. Although its decent fo a support role it penalizes your template by giving minimal rewards for investing SP in any more than 2 lines! IMO of course!

Oi agreed. The whole fact they're about to add mind cost to the skills is lame. Yet another way to just make us like everyone else in the game.

Don't know. It'd be nice if the devs would quit picking on us though. lol.
