Whats the cool down on...if MLS using top tier skills
BodyHit

HeadHit
Armorbreak
Powerattack
Saberthrow
Dervish? Who uses that...

Agreed! However, I do not think I should have to master ls to get it. Same for the adv saber throw. IMO that saber throw is the coolest special in the game. Especially when I do it while Im running and the saber turns to come back to me. Im 100% on saber catches. /rofl
ps the dervish animation is the 2nd coolest. But I could do without it. If they ever move that adv throw back to the tech tree, it's bye bye mls hello mdef.

As I have understood it, there are 2 types of cooldowns. The primary cooldown which is the cooldown in the attack itself that you just used, and the secondary cooldown, which is the cooldown for all other things, when 1 attack is used.
From tests it seems that the primary cooldown, doesn't change much (at all?) with your speed mod, and it seems to be around 3 seconds for the common specials.
The secondary cooldown depends on your modded speed. Roughly, the common special attacks have a time delay factor of about 1.5. So, if your modified speed on your saber is 1.5 at MLS, then you will swing every 2.25 seconds or so (if you keep switching betweendifferent attacks, otherwise the previously mentioned primary cooldown will still be stalling you).

Can I get actual stats? I'm not a jedi. Someone give me some hard stats. Seems the previous posters who tried to answer misunderstood or are dumb kids like the one said, why not test it yourself.

I don't either!!
I'll never forget the first few times I seen someone spaming me with Dervish in a duel. Heh, I was actually special forces and he had crept up on me while at Nyms.
Yeah, no one in their right mind uses Dervish in PvP.
