1) BH would be forced to hunt NPC marks all the time

2) they would either loot tapes they need or other valuable ones to sell

3) you'd come back to a serverfull of BH withcompleted ranged/pistol/rifle/carb speed/acc suits

I may have phrased that wrong. My daughter actually prohibits me from saying things like that. It's late, though, and she's asleep. Figured I could get away with it. Please don't tell on me.
