Gettting an FSCS will ever be fun to do, and playing a Jedi will not mean starting over to infinity? I really want to open my FSCS, but I can't make myself do it the DEV's way becuase it is SOOOOOO utterly cheep and tasteless, not to mention unethical(it's just a cash grab for SOE, that's got to be unethical). Plus, once I get Jedi all I head is how alone you are, and how you are always starting over again becuase you die, and crap like that.

Do, any of you who have the FSCS actually believe that SOE will put continuity aside and give good gameplay a shot. I have 3 accounts and I play alot and Pap alot, if that's not enough to get my FSCS, then I don't know what to do. My mains are all set up the way I like them, and considering how long it would take to get back my proffs if I drop them, it makes me very unwilling to do it.

Some feedback on your thoughts and ideas whould be great.

PS: I had always hoped that FSCS would have be granted through actions and deeds, or through some massive multi-part quest that you got after you had done certain things that was different for everyone, but worked from within your current classes. I was very unhappy to find out that SOE simple copped out and took the easy way out.

if it took you 'so long' to get to where you're at then don't even bother. You'll have to master many many many professions which to you would take 'so long'. Those of us dedicated to opening our slots know it would take no time to get back to where we once were after having mastered so many different professions.

You don't care about you characters then, i am unwilling to give up what I have, not unwilling to grind out a Jedi. That's all.

Oh and easy way out? lol a multi-part quest would be nice or whatever but anyone and everyone could do those without bitching unless it took a year but to force us to master many different professions would cost time, effort, lots of credits (for crafting) etc. A multi-part quest would be more fun, in fact they should have done this PLUS multi part quests. Would be better than just grinding.

lol you don't get it. I do care about my character, im still a master image designer, i enjoy that part of the game. I'm going to try to keep image designer until im forced to master something that will take up more skill points than i have. Guess what if i do ill just master image designer again later. No big deal. You make it sound like you can't ever have it back again.

Try master Weaponsmith and then see how much you like the grind. ID is the easiest master prof to get in the whole game, all you need is a friend and a few hours.

lol i already mastered weaponsmith.. wasnt that bad.

ive mastered artisan, architect, marksman, image designer, entertainer, chef, tailor, droid engineer, weaponsmith, medic, scout.

Besides you said you had 3 accounts. So do the one thats easiest to grind.

i know how you feel. I might have to do medic/scout all over again if i don't unlock soon. Thats just the way it is though.

Uh you have 3 accounts, one is only a novice tka and medic.. That is a **edit** easy grind. Heh if you're not willing to break him down for an FS slot then FS is not for you.

lol, i thought about taking my TKA for FS, the holo told me to master BH, and I have already mastered marksman twice on that account. I just hate the grind, I just wish that I had another way to do it, that didn't involve profession grinding. I've been grinding since launch now, trying to find combo's that I like, and the thing that turns me off is not grinding TKA, i like the prof, it's having to grind unarmed 4 and novice TKA again if i need to give the prof up, that really sucks.
