In the current system BH have nothing to lose if they take a Jedi mission andare defeated by the Jedi. The Jedi meanwhile can lose several 100k of xp.
Solution:
Winners get...
If the Jedi wins he should get the bounty reward that was placed on him.
If BH wins he gets the bounty reward for completing mission.
Losers get...
If the jedi loses he loses experience points based on his cl and jedi skills: up to 600k xp for thoseMaster Jedi from the FRS
If the BH loses he can not get anymore missions for the rest of that day and in addition if he loses 3 consecutive times he loses the master BH box and must regrind it. This is fair because if a Jedi loses 3 times they can easily lose more then a million jedi xp points and force the BH to realize that if they do not become better bounty hunters they may have torelearntheir profession by grinding the master box.
Fellow Jedi what do you think of this solution?
i dont think the bounty hunter should loose a box already gained, that seems alittle much. however, i would like to see a time = time system. meaning, based on the amount of xp at stake to the jedi, what ever the base grinding time is for that xp, the loosing bounty hunter would not be able to take a new mission. example, if it takes the base jedi (not power grinders, those ppl have no lives ) two weeks to regrind the amount of xp he "might" loose, then that is how long the bounty hunter would have to wait to get a new mission.
this seems only fair since the jedi would have to wait the same amount of time to get there xp back. not to mention i also feel there should be some form of lose to finished template jedi as well. i feel that as you assend the jedi levels your risk should become greater and greater. now im not talking xp wise, i think xp lose is stupid on any level. but maybe something like if the jedi looses then he cant compete in a duel for the same amount of time. when the frs comes back "when ever the he77 that is" this will help farming and fight clubing.
on a side note, now that jedi marks can only be gotten at master lvl's in bounty hunter. i would like to see all none knight lvl jedi removed from the terms and vis system dropped. i would like the old xp apone creature death brought back. this way new padawans have only there own mistakes to worry about and only themselves to blame when they loose xp in there grind. this will also enable low level jedi to partake in npc missions and quest that exist in the game to enjoy with out fearing some form of punishment for it.
then when they go knight and now can be hunted by a bounty hunter they risk loosing pvp time if they die to a bounty hunter. that would make this system alittle more competative providing a risk for both members of the system and elliminate any form of farming / clubing to abuse the system.
