Thread: FAO TIGGS/DEV TEAM please read

Hello
I have been trying to loot from various NPC's forover a week now, ask my guild and they will tell you how annoyed i have been getting.You name the NPCs,I have killed them/looted them. And as of yet I still havent looted a crystal? Has Pub 23 nerfed the drop rate % on the loot? I think yes, for a simple reason to force Jedi to buy the new Obi-Wan expansion.
The whole Jedi community is complaining about the same things over and over and over again, yet you choose to ignorethe bug/issues.
I really have had enough of this game now, the customer service stinks, the bugs/issue stink, the loot drop rate stinks and the whole game stinks.
Please dont reply, the loot system is working as intended, cause it isnt !
How the hell are us Jedi meant to try and take on a BH with this loot system/tunes and crappy quality crystals/pearlsatm, yes I know this has been talked about many times, just improve LS dmg or something, for god sake your making me SCREAM

Simple... we are not supposed to. This is just the way the Devs want it, and it sucks.

i hate to say it but its true... but if u r a skilled player then u need not the powerful weapon... for it is the Jedi who makes the Saber.... not the Saber who makes the Jedi!

the drop rate has been lowered. I have noticed this as i was hunting krayt during the transition. however, it shud be hard for a jedi to get an above average saber. however you shud read some of the recent things that have been said by tiggs here:
also you shud take a look at this thread i made about getting every1's best "good" pearl tunes (surprising tunes):
basically what the devs decided that the amount of prem pearls that dropped b4 was a mistake and only the dedicated jedi shud have a gr8 saber which tbh is true. but i agree the drop rate for pearls and crystals that are "good" quality shud drop more than they do atm. And premiums shud be exactly what tiggs says it shud be, "highly desirable and much better (in terms of the odds of getting higher stats) than normal pearls, but not drop them as casually as they dropped in the past. These should be rare, elite quest rewards and very high-end, elite-monster drops - not things that players "farm" from creatures that are no match for the player"

Thanks for stickys, but I have real all posts by our great friend Tiggs,
Point of fact is Jedi shouldn't have to rely on loot and getting good tunes in order for them to do thier dmg, no other profession has this. Yes I know we are Jedi, but I think if your MLS with full temp and you do300 DPS is wrong. Whats the point of all this, I might aswellhave stayeda novice brawler as they do more dmg than a full temp jedi. Stupid game it is.
Im not asking for jedi to do more dmg than any other profession, just make it so we are at least on par with most professions, so we have a chance when it comes to our meets with BH's etc etc. If you think Jedi is meant to be 1.5x stronger than an elite profession which alot of ppl forgot I wouldnt call my MLS doing 300 DPS 1.5x stronger ?

Went out for about 5 hours of my life yesterday with a very strong group of 5 guildee's. We killed NSs the entire 5 hours. We killed approximately 400 or more Nightsisters and got:
1 "Good" crystal
FIX THE GOD DAMN LOOT IN THIS STUPID GAME!!!

i have 321 base dps saber 564 (all "good" pearls)mod dps with tapes and MLS. I would say i kill about 95% of bh's, so perhaps you just don't have the right template or need or need more practice with your jedi. however like i said the drop rate for these pearls and crystals is obviously wrong and needs to be addressed.

The answer IMO is yes. Loot has been nerfed a bit here and there for the last few publishes and hotfixes. Whether it's intentional or a side effect of something else, I have no idea, and at this point I don't really care about "why" anymore because the loot situation is so deplorable they should just make the crap rain from the skies to make up for it IMO.
