I remember wanting to sign up for JTL beta and ROTW beta but didn't becausesomewhere in the license agreement it said that they could charge you for the beta software/privelege. Doesn't even say what the amount would be if they did, not probable that they would, but still an open door to SOE....

If that's the case you can always turn down the invitation once you get it. They usually post something about it if they plan on doing that. Though I think nowadays they just do digital downloads.

I wonder if this is going to be like the beta for the CU that never happened...... they will just decide to push it to TC for a bit and then call it good while it is still full of bugs.

No. However it will no doubt be a beta where they fix very little as it was in the case with JTL and ROTW before it hits the shelves..

I wait for its release, then I'll get to beta test for a few months without any sign-ups.
