Thread: Tuning Pearls / Crystals

Does anyone know if there are ways to get a possible better tune, or is it just blind luck?


If i tune in a certain place, sitting using a certain food for example. Or would this all be the same as just tuning a crystal anywhere..

used to make sure i had no wounds, made sure i had my knight robe on and tuned them while meditating at a shrine never helped but i still did it

this is the best way to tune pearls:


strange no one has figured it out yet,


put a pearl on the floor in your house, have ONLY your robe equiped, have full force, no wounds, and just radial click the pearl while its on the floor and chose "tune pearl"

i am a n00b jedi and don't know any good way to get better tune. in last two days i tried 30 pearls in my home, and got 1 103dmg, and 3 90+. all of them are post cu good pearls. i know the damage cap is 120, and i know it's hard to hit. but i don't know the tuning results i have got are any good?

That's a respectable tune (granted it has decent FC and speed)

On avarge, post-cu jedi are running around with tunes in the ranges of 50-80 dam, -0.10 speed, -5 fc. (averages from post cu jedi I've been around) Someone did the math on a few hundred tunes to find the % chance you have to get a good tune, and on a good crystal it's like 3% chance or so to hit over 100 dam
