Thread: In reference to the thread about GCW bases and BH TEFs...
It is much more difficult now than pre-cu.
I could solo at around double the rate of my best spin group to date, and I never got a single drop of visibility pre-cu.
In groups, you cannot control the actions of others. If you group for xp, it is virtually impossible to control visibility. People, even Jedi, either do not care of do not understand what is involved.
I play one day a week, then take 6 days off to let my visibility cool off. Keep in mind, never once did I make a mistake. This is all visibility completely beyond my control.

You don't have to be on the terms. A Jedi can avoid visibility if they choose to, and infact, doing that is easier than ever.
Exactly.People are soo dam spoiled and whine at anything these days if they don't get their way.Jedi should not be able to run into any bases/structures if a BH is right on their tail.I seen that thread & couldn't believe my eyes.

Easy was grabbing two missions and just spinning the lair down. I didn't even have to look at the screen. I never died as a jedi pre-cu, never even came close, and never had any risk of visibility. It was foolproof.
If rancor valley was up that was around a million per buffset. (though it rarely everspawned by the time I was jedi). No downtime, no visibility mistakes from groupmembers, no afk breaks, no groupmembers making village runs, no need to rely or depend on anyone but yourself. I have yet to have a post cu group that stayed together more than 30 minutes without someone leaving. In an ideal world, I could handily beat my old xp rates and stayinvisible, but I just don't see that happening.
Precu I did 15 million xp in two weeks starting from nothing. Post I'm lucky to do 800k a week if I want to stay hidden. The human factor is staggeringly high in this game.

Get a full group of jedi, dont let in non jedi, that way we stay hidden, and they dont have to bother with us, go to a remote city on tat. Get everyone to have AOE's, and do it. Simple tbh, anyone leaves, you'll have a queue, word of mouth for those things, I got a queue of people LEAVING other groups to join mine, 14 long at one point
I've had them. People still leave every 30 minutes. People still screw up and get you vis. I'd run out of fingers fast were I to count the mistakes made. The leaving thing could be due to me always working late and being west coast, but even on the rare occasion I get some time off on a weekend (I've worked about a month solid with no days off) it still seems to happen.
I actually like having pikemen and doctors around
Docs can heal like mad and pikes do more damage than your typical grinding jedi. Actually that goes for just about any profession. ![]()
I guess I'm just a bit dissapointed in the level of quality of the average player. Some games it's good, some games not so good.
And while I pick out the faults of others, I have my own faults. My defenses are awful and I end up tanking due to having a decent saber. I have to meditate and slow people down. I'm not perfect myself.![]()
Also on bria, it is very easy to run right over someone else's group. Sometimes they just don't appear until you are right on top of them. I don't blame the drivebys so much, as it is the server's fault.
