if you want to reduce thenumber of jedi exposing their abilities, then give real consequences for visibility.

visibility should only be gained from other players, not npc's.... and visibility should penalize the jedi in a way he cares about.

problem is that killing the rival jedi for frsxp would result in gaining vis even if you was in the middle ofnowhere(unless you group, but who groups with their enemies in pvp). so kinda dumb if you ask me
