Thread: TKM/MDef
Alright so Im guessing here, but tell me if I'm right.
TKM-melee def= 85 ranged def= 55
MDF-melee def=235 ranged def= 215
Total- Melee def= 320 Ranged def= 270
Add imp cob and imp aura for an additional 1000 ranged/melee defense total.
And you get Melee def= 1320 Ranged def= 1270
And Innate Armor dosen't stack so instead of TKM 6000 IA you get MDef 7000 IA.
So if all this is true. Who cares about doing only a little bit of dmg from your TKM. When someone hits you, your not goign to take much dmg at all.
Then you only have like 31 SP left over, so I'd figure you throw it into 4000 Force heal and have 3 SP lef tover after that.
And if you take the ranged/melee def trees from FS then you have an additional 20 ranged/melee def.
So you now would have Melee def= 1340 Ranged def= 1290 with imp COB and imp aura stacked?>
And dont forget Avoid Incap ![]()
For some reason I dont think thats possible but if it is, that would be awsome
stacking melee ranged defence is great untill you face someone wielding a LS
what melee ranged def values do mainly is to make weapons hit with thier MIN damage rather than the MAX damage (750 more defence than acc = min damage 750more acc than defence = max damage) - so vs a laser rifle youll get hit for 500 rather than 1200 pre special multipler and armour
HOWEVER vs a saber youll get hit for say 500 rather than 600 - something that hardly makes any difference.. stacking def buffs sounds good in principle - but does very little in practice

Primary effect of the accuracy / defense ratio is the miss rate. You probably will not get hit very often if you have 1000+ defense - on the other hand, if you get to 1000+ defense, you dont have a lot of damage output and accuracy, either.
