i doubt it but hey it would be nice to know


i throw in does it aply to sap aswell

hummm, Not sure but I miss alot less with supression afeter I got master powers... But then It might just be luck.

no b/c if that was true then you would have to have some modifiers in the Enhancer trees. Right now my "Ranged Acc" and "Force Acc" are both non existant in my character screen, meaning that I have none whatsoever.


I'd be nice if the Devs published a manuel about this crap instead of making us guess everything.
