Saw one at the right edge of Yavin, center of the planet. He was there with a DJK and some level 88 Adapt.

Through the force things you will see, other places, the future, the past; old friends long gone.

Hmmmm searched all over there and couldnt find them....

I believe they are random spawns

-Completly uterly totally random. Altho you can do the quest at the Imp prison on Dath if you are imp and it will spawn a DJM and a DJK to do battle with.

omw back from the dark enclaves (towards the closest starport) i encountered a DJK and DJM. After killing the knight another spawned.
