All these replies and not a single one of you has even seen a single screenshot of this NGE!

This is exactly why SOE didnt put info out any sooner. They know they cant win. People flame them for doign nothing, then when they actaully make the game a damn site more interesting, people flame them and tell them not to do it. wierd.

The only reason you don't like it is because you are annoyed that you earned a Jedi, and think people are gonan start the game for the first time and OMGWTFPWN everyone out on the field. That is not the case. And there are a damn site more of us who earned our Jedi without doing the respec sploit, or having a month of double xp, who actually look forward to this.

GIVE IT A CHANCE BEFORE YOU FLAME

tomorrow this thread will be accepted, but not 12 hours before it even goes up on TC for the first time.

I didnt like kotor so deleted it and took it back to shop for exchange,,,,,now they make this kotor online ffs who do these ppl ask what we want cos it certainly wasnt me,,ide have shoved the idea right up the gimps jacksee when he came up with this mong idea

Though i am unhappy about these changes and will voice my displeasure about it deleting a post is NOT violating any of our rights. SOE owns these forums and reserves the rights to edit them in ANY way they see fit. Now if you were to picket on the streets outside the SOE offices (assuming you have the correct permits of course nd were doing so peacefully) and they attemped to silence you THEN they would be violating your rights.

1. These kinds of petitions will never help.

2. Saying something will "kill the game" before you can even TEST it is irrational at best.

3. Im in "lets see what happens"-mode. Everyone that has tried the new system has been very positive about it, so Im actually somewhat hopeful and will hit test center as soon as it's out.

PS. Im both a old timer Jedi and a BH, so I can understand the uproar but Im willing to give this thing the benefit of a doubt, it sounds really interesting.

since those of us that did this for the first cu and everyone praised it im going to support this crap cu2 to get back at yall

The main reason i am upset is that a profession i have loved and played for over 2 years will be going the way of the DO-DO.... and on the bright side... from what i understand Jedi will no longer be hunted by BH... PLUS you get to keep your free unlock so you get 2 toons for the price of one

i love this game and now they are going to change it again! All that work for nothing, soe dont u care about the vet. players that have been here since the game started? friends are leaving i may leave too, just cant believe that JEDI will be a joke. lots of great players have come and gone.. devinci, Blaack and many many more and guilds are goneDawg, Cig, Recon,GEN,Immortals , DI all theoriginal memebersas well as the cities with the great vendors......... if they change the game, we all love it will be the end of Star Wars G. as we know it. made some great friends from all around the world and i have soe to thank there......

I gotta agree with you,

Personally, im a little skeptical. It has some things I like and some things that i kinda dont, but by thelook of things, i may end up renewing my subscription. But then again, looks can be deceiving. So im gonna probably wait a week or so after its release, and see how people like it. I am just a bit ticked (just a bit) that the profession that i worked for is easily given away now, but at the same time, i can go in peace with my lightsaber and no more having to look over my shoulder for a BH. But i do think the older jedi need some sort of compensation for our hard work and hourless grinding.

"These include specifically, the ability to take on the transparent Blue form of an ascended Jedi, a special Robe that is endowed with protective properties, and an exclusive new lightsaber with a unique color that deals more damage. All of these new items are being given to existing Jedi characters in recognition for their past achievements."

Thats good enough for me, as long as the newer jedi dont get it. As long as I have something to hold over their head for hours of grinding I endured. And if you still feel bad, imagine how the BHs must feel knowing that they wont be able to hunt us anymore. you know their faces have to be red with anger and it also looks like their making smugglers and commandos fun again.
