Have certain Jedi been visiting the Bounty Hunter forums gloating about the fact that Jedi missions have been removed from the game using the excuse that:

Bounty Hunters have never hunted Jedi in any of the movies, so you shouldn't be hunting us in the game!

I don't think that I need to name names or provide links, the new influx of Jedi posting on our boards has become phenominal. Would you Jedi like to answer another question? OK, then I'll ask it to you.

Now would you mind explaining to me why is it that you think there are so many Jedi around not being ruthlessly huntedto extinctionby the Empire? Please? If Bounty Hunters appearantly do not hunt Jedi at this point in the timeline, then who does & why aren't they doing their jobs? I'll be waiting here for that amzing answer that I'm sure will clear everything right on up.

Does it really matter any more? The NGE has rubbished both our professions.

Vadar and the Imperial inquisitors are tasked with hunting Jedi in this timeline according to official canon sources. SOE are so far from canon it's funny.

Yes, I do think it matters. Jedi have so much fun quoting Canon sources to me, I'm just wondering wheres that point in a Jedi mind where it becomes convenient to use or lose SWG continuity. Honest answers plz?

Why didnt pre-nge had any tools for hiding?
If canon where kept, why did a Jedi have no options to play incognito?
Why wasnt there emphasis on hiding rather than killing bountyhunters?
Why would a Light Side Jedi earn points for "striking them down"?

--- Cancelled 24th November 2006
Reason: The lack of multiplayer pve content and Star Wars feel.
For 3 years I have tried to find excuses to stay in game but only the expansions offered me what I subscribed for in the first place: A multiplayer Star Wars pve experience with friends around the globe. I found friends but with almost no addition of pve content they dropped out one by one. Now it's my turn.

The bottom like is that in Star Wars continuity us Bounty Hunters hunted all marks, including Jedi. Yes pre-NGE MsNil we should've hunted more that just you Jedi, but believe me we wanted to hunt everyone, including as that other kid said Politicians. Don't blame us for SOE's stupidity in this matter. The fix should have been to expand our hunting, not to cancel if like some whiny kid that can't figure out how to beat the odds in a park field baseball game so he announces he's quitting & want everybody to give him back the gloves, balls, bats & hats that he lent out. Dumb, dumb, dumb!

In Star Wars continuity the Jedi where hiding. And they had thousands of planets to hide on, and no outer-rim people dont even know what the empire is.
In Star Wars continuity ending up on the terminals with your dna was extremely deadly. Therefore, a Jedi who must travel into populated areas can use a regular weapon/armor instead, use their force powers silent or even use them to make people forget what they saw. Or they can even kill all witnesses.

In star wars continuity a Jedi would be dead very quickly if they where seen right outside Theed Starport, but considering travelling times nobody would want to go all the way to Endor to check out rumours. In continuity It takes weeks, not minutes.

In star wars continuity Bounty Hunters did not hunt Jedi, becouse they where hiding.
In star wars continuity a Jedi did not need to go underground to hide (log out). It was sufficent to play incognito and be smart, while still spending time with whatever they want to do with their time in hiding.

That's continuity.
