Here it is!
Notice the bunker by him (spotted by obitown)
Which means that this robe will be the Jedi elder robe given to the veteran jedi! 
Note: Just in case you didn't know,bunkers were given after The Trials of Obi-Wan, which just recently went live

It's either Arbiter or Consular.
Information about the robe names are really mixed up in the forums, lol

I think the Arbiter and Consular robes are just mixed up in that link.
