This is very disheartening. I feel it......as if thousands of voices cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced. I am a longtime vet of SWG. I started a month after launch and have never missed a single patchor expansion. SWG has left so many great memories, but I realize that game no longer exists. I remember how much potential the game had the first year of playing it. I remember the glory days of Jedi andseeing what a true hero class was supposed to be. Unfortunately, the state of Jedi has been destroyed beyond repair and if the NGE hits live servers, we will truly become extinct. And when we look back at the shattered remains of Star Wars Galaxies, we will know that the SOE empire hunted down and killed the last of the jedi knights. It's truly embarrassing that THIS is what is left of our once glorious game. I don't know how many times SOE expectsplayers to adapt to their "fixes", but I, for one, have reached saturation. Ifthe NGE goes live, this longtime vet of Galaxies will hang uphis lightsaber and robe permanently. The game has taken a path that I cannot follow. Hold onto the memories, fellow gamers, because that is something SOE can never take from us. And so this jedi prepares for a new journey without the tyranny of the SOE empire overshadowing us. Adios mi amigos. May the Force be with you.....always.
