Can you engage in combat while its on? Can you be aggroed? Does it have a "cool down" or action cost?

can't really interact with anything, and if you get agroed it turns off automatically. No force cost because you don't have a force bar anymore

a blue glowy that goes on and off at will is so against cannon its sick..

at least have it as a Res (like the hero ring) with this effect.

to be able to just glow , fight, glow etc is plain stupid
