what is the cap on innate armor? and how much innate armor does FA2 give?

Cap is 100 (= 10000 armor rating = 60% mitigation).

FA1 = +20 Innate Armor
FA2 = +40 Innate Armor

MDef = 70 Innate Armor
Def 00xx / Enh x4xx = 70 Innate Armor
Def 40xx / Enh x4xx = 82 Innate Armor
MDef / Enh x2xx = 90 Innate Armor
MDef / Enh x4xx = 100 Innate Armor (capped off)

the cap on innate armor is 100 and improve force armor gives you 40 innate armor
