Thread: We shouldnt have to wait in the FRS to make us strong, we were promised it already...

From the developers notes before the cu went into publish were that full template padawans were supposed to be 1.5 times stronger than any other proffesion. Well, we all know that this was just a lie to established jedi to keep them playing longer. As the time (6 months later) has went on, our proffesion is now not only the biggest joke with the SWG crowds, but even people from other mmorpg's are calling us crazy on other boards for sticking around...you know, they are right. All this waiting on the FRS is nothing more than a waste of timeand Sony knows that the hardcore guys who have made alot of friends and have literally thousands of dollars invested in the game will wait to see if their investment gets better....well guys, this investment is about as good as an Enron investment. How many of you guys have actually met new players in the game? I actually went to Tatooine and stood outside the starport and looked for new players grinding....none for 3 hours. One guy finaly came in the game that was a newbie, lasted about 6 minutes and logged off out of frustration and lack of guidance in this game.
No matter who wants to beveive it, jedi are the backbone of this game. If we are in the numbers they say, not counting most jedi have second and third accounts or more. When the Jedi cancels their accounts they wont keep the alternates or the extra accounts in the game like soe is expecting...all the accounts will be gone. You know, you can only love something up to a point and finally you have to say its not worth the pain anymore. Our pain thresholds are getting closer and closer with every nerf patch. The devs have already turned guilds into history, turned towns in to deserted areas, and the cities where people are supposed to be have been wiped out and replaced with people gathering at outposts. Its just funny how the devs say that the game is as strong as ever. Any company that would lie in their adds, lie to gaming sites, and pretty much tell the suffering players that everything is alright are nothing but theives when it comes to our money.

Now do like me and cancel your pre9 4444 guardian, it wasnt easy but screw it Im not wasting any more $ on this game. O yeah my two other accounts went with it

If your talking about how a Pikeman with 7k Energy RIS Armor thats 75% armor break sliced can woop our ass without breaking a sweat. Then yes I agree, im leaving soon so its not like I give a **edit**

i have 5 accounts in limbo. canceled with all items in the bank... and i have my jedi account here just for the sake of something to do once every couple weeks... i'll log on check my mail, look in my house and remember the good ol days when groups used to fight over areas because of over population.... then i thank SOE for getting rid of 75% of the players by destroying the game, maybe kill a BH if one has come for me in that time span and log out and watch a starwars movie to get a better experience.

You know, the fact that someone would actualy take the time to say something like this, knowing it wont solve anything, just to have them say it to say it, shows how bad SOE is doing on this game.
But toltaly man, I agree with you, this game is going downhill. I'm not even a Jedi and it makes me cringe when I can run a Jedi out of Force, or kill him in a matter of seconds. I wanna see Jedi be able to destroy a regular Profession, I wish the only time Jedi would fight would be when it was against another Jedi, that would be very realistic.
Atleast make this game free or something. It's not like we pay to get the awesome patches every month, or make the Expansions free atleast..

Something is rotten... Since they have made the Jedi profession less and less good, why should we even have 1/5 ratio on our xp? Well... I must agree that the one who made the tread have very good points.

I am strong now.
Is everything the way it should be?
no.
Are there bugs that need serious attention?
absolutely.
But really.....I am a full template Jedi, and I have learned to play my character. I am not invincible (I swear that is what some people wish for) but I am not someone you want to meet up with one on one in a fight.
If they fixed the broken stuff, I think we would be close to spot on where we should be.

As one of the first Jedi on Eclipse, I have been through so much damn nerfs. I have to grind, Pre-Publish 9, Pre-Cu, and Post-CU. My favorite profession of Jedi was nerfed to hell (Master Healer). A Laser Rifle does more damage than my saber, im having to pay up to 25mil if I wanted to for a premium pearl. This game is at a serious downfall.
The last two expansions have been pure-money makers. Rage of the Wookiees and That **edit**ty Mustafar expansion has nothing to do with our timeline. Some of you people say that there is nothing wrong with the game, then you are f'ing retarded. Specialy for those people that have never played any other profession.

No reason to get mad at the game, just can'c, uninstall and throw the disc away. Its a big relief to finally be done with the headache that is this game.
