Is it just me or are tunes broken? In the past 2 weeks I havent tuned nething for over 15 damage.

what did you tune? Fair Quality? and what kind of? Pearls Crystals? your probley unlucky, Premiums can also tune to crap, thats NOT something new, I repeat, thats NOT something new...

tuned about 3 good and 2 fair the other day, best were 94 -2 (0speed) and 84 -4 and -.04 speed, rest were 30 and less for damage and higher than -5 for fc
