Thread: An idea for death penalty for full temp jedi other than xp...

Ok this is just an idea, and I hope I understand this correctly. Currently as it stands now a full temp jedi, if he gets killed by a BH, will loose a lot of xp, but really this is not so bad since they dont really need the xp anyway since they are full temp right? So I had another idea for some sort of death penalty:
What if the BH could loot your lightsaber after he had killed you? Not just your lightsaber, but all the crystals and pearls inside it as well.
Now it would be worthless to the BH, other than a trophy, but for the Jedi Knight this would really suck since crystals and esp. pearls are so hard to come by. You could even add some sort of display case that is crafted from junk dealers like the rugs and stuff. Of course it could be tradeable so if the BH was generous or if the jedi was desperate....
There would have to be a stipulation where it only applies to the jedi knights and not to padawans since the xp loss in itself is pretty harsh anyway. So what do you think?

I didnt read it all and I dam refuse to.. enough about the death penalty crap.. Even a full template jedi gets hurt by loosing exp if he ever decided to change his template he would be scred by exp loss.. Go worry about you own dam profession and quit asking for a death penalty bs.

You have to be the most idiotic person to ever post here, you have any idea how much some lightsabers are worth, I know people who spent well over 200million credits to make a perfect saber. if you wanna do this then go and pay out 200mill to every other bh on your server. Next time think about what you write before you make a dumba$$ out of yourself.

Losing exp is more of an issue than you think. What template has remained unchanged over the last 6 months? None. Without more respecs, the only way to change templates when yours gets nerfed is through exp.

Yep--I tuned over 300 pearls and 100 crystals to get my sabers. I have 3 that I use. No way I'm willing to lose eny one of them!
Next they'll say: "When we kill a jedi, let us go raid their house for all the stuff inside it that we want! Heck, let us bring our entire guild to pillage the Jedi's stuff!! I know, how about if I kill a jedi, i inherit that Jedi character as my own! Yeah that sounds good! Yeah, fair, too!"

Well I am really hoping this is just a joke post but if you are truly serious can I have the drugs you are on due to reality sucks right now and I want to escape to my own little world where everying thing is just peachy.

Wow that was fast...ok well like I said it is just an idea...and why not. Admit it, it would add something new to the game and make it more exciting for the full temp jedi. I have read countless posts about full temps that have no problem beating any BH who looks for them so why not? Ya 200 mill is a lot of credits and no I would not like it to be me that loses them or the saber. So make it so that the jedi can loot the BH weapon as well, and also make it so that each person can only loot the weapon that is currently equipped.
You guys are too tightly wrapped if you get this upset over an idea....how can we come up with solutions if no one generates ideas????
