Stop posting and go knit a sweater. CSRs gotta grab control of the situation. So let them do so and quite making needless threads such as this one. I was a CSR and its not an easy job.

Back at you...i see yo here posting. Last I looked this was America where freedom of speech is permitted.


Gaining control is not accomplished by locking people who have useful opinions.


I was never a Dev, but I am a doctor (some of us have real lives and our 34 y.o.a) ...I know a bit about stress...Go nit your own sweater

i just think its funny how you have 2 sides of arguement here the people who are better than everyone else telling us to stop whining and making useless threads. and the smarter side that know the only way to get anything done is to complain so much that somethign changes... and if that doesnt work just need about 2/3's of us that are unhappy to go cancel your account at say exactly 1230 EST that would get some attention of someones pocketbook
