The biggest thing that happend in this publish was that they fixed the cooldown timers so they actually work how they are supposed to.
No more speed sploits.
This also means if you are running 2 specials back to back your going to hit a timer.
Jedi need to figure oout how to rotate 3 or more specials in their game play now... so do BH
How you do is it up to you but just spend 4 hours testing the timers... and thought I would share with Jedi too.

/root;
/fr2;
/cloak;
run 200m from them and sit down, that will get them fired up. )
