dunno, without cancelling your account. Or call SOE and do it over the phone.

try asking in the community relations forum, im not sure if thats the right forum buti kknow the jedi one isnt.

Go to Station Store ... and then click on Account History ... there should be a cancel button next to the pre-order.

Go to station store and look under your orders. it will have a cancel button next to ToOW preorder.

1) Go to https://store.station.sony.com/my_account.jsp
2) Log in and click "Billing Info"
3) At the bottom click the CANCEL button next to the Expansion
4) You'll get this nifty letter in the mail like I did:
Dear (my name),
This is an email to verify that the recent pre-order you placed at the Station Store has been cancelled. No charges have been billed to your credit card. If the cancellation of your order is in error, please visit the Station Store at http://store.station.sony.com and place your order again.
Thank you, and do visit us again!
