Please explain instead of banning / deleting me & my thread, we are only voicing our opinions...

Because your post must have violated the forum policies.
You do not have the freedom of speech on privately owned forums.

Although he may not have the Freedom of Speech on a private forum he does have the right to complain about a product and/or service that he is paying for. Therefore as long as he does not personally attack some one he should have the right to speak no matter how unpopular it is. The idea that an account can be banned for expressing an opionion no matter how unpopular the opinion is, as long as it is not offensive, is ridiculous.

Correct. But a lot of the posts have dwindled down to pissing matches, that's why they get deleted.

The idea that he canignore the clearly posted forum guidelines and not get his post deleted is even more ridiculous. He knows the rules, if he choses to break them then he deserves to get the message deleted and/or to get banned.
