The introduction of holocrons is what made the game (as a whole) go downhill in the first place.
That's a fact

So thats our fault?? People are complaining because of the same things being IGNORED. And now, perma snare was the straw the broke the camels back.

You're wrong, befrore holos were introduced, people were already experimenting with doing more professions because of Q-3POs post about what he would consider 'beating the game.' Many took that post as the 'guide to Jedi' and playing all professions was part of that post.

I'm sorry, I thought you said, "No way anyone would have figured out it was linked to professions." I was just pointing out that they would have figured it out, because they were already on the path to it.

they just shouldnt have added jedi at all, but they did to get subcriptions. forget about the RPers for a moment. you cant have an alpha combat class and not expect every "omg i have to win" type of player not to flock to it. hence, unbalance.

Holos did ruin the game, but for a different reason. The reason is because it broke up any consistency on the servers, you had Smiths of all type who took pride in their crafts and you had combat classes who did the same, sure there was some zerging ,but not like now. Once holos were introduced your favorite armorsmith no longer does armor anymore instead he is in the cantina doing /flourish1 along with the former commando.
I saw some BH's lose to Jedi last night and all the BH's used their snares and roots, and each one of them lost (they kind of sucked), it's not the gamebreaking issue all of you think it is. When I fight Jedi I try to get my root in and I may get it to stick 1 out of 3 times, so I don't count on it in battle.
They should have made Jedi just as powerful as every other class from the beginning and made it clear that a Jedi would not have any significant advantage over any other combat class. All of the elitists, and the people who are scared to fight someone without an advantage are the main ones complaining.

I saw a BH using snares get beat down myself last night but frankly he didn't know what he was doing and kept going toe to toe with the Jedi at 5m. Someone who knows what they are doing with snares and 80m range won't have much trouble. That being said I"m more worried about the effect of unbalanced SL changes that seem to grant far too much offensive power than they should in PVP. 1-2 shot kills in PVP is bad and will lead to nerfing damage overall which is not a good thing.
